Rated 1 out of 5?by Jon This Apartment Community is a Nightmare
Horrible office staff, loud neighbors, and no notice construction. When you take all of this in to consideration it's not worth the price I'm paying for rent right now. It appears this place doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. My room mate and I had to go all the way to the corporate level just to get things fixed that were broken when we moved in. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU WANT A QUALITY PLACE TO LIVE.

Rated 2 out of 5?by Terriblejustterrible A note on the stray cats
As my friend and I were leaving her Apartment to go get dinner. She told me there was a kitten that might be dead on the sidewalk by her apartment. Sure enough, a cute, fluffy kitten halfway hanging out of the bush's. It was an upsetting thing to see. The cats have also being slightly aggressive as of late.

This apartment was previously known as Park Lake and everything for the most part was wonderful. The water bill was too high and fluctuated every month, but besides that I really had no serious complaints. A new company came in and bought them out a few months ago and now it seems like it is always something! Our gate is always broken, the trash compactor didn't work for about a month, and if you need to call the leasing office you have to call 25 times before getting someone on the phone. The first thing the new company did was renovate the leasing office. Ummm....our gate and trash compactor were broken, maybe they should've worked on that first. There was a security person that used to roam around the property at night, but I haven't seen him since the new company came in. It would be nice to have him back since there are more and more people hanging out in parking lots at night now.
So the new company came in and made the water bill a constant rate every month($50/month for a 1 bedroom still seems pretty steep), but besides that they have done nothing but make a mess of the property.
Alright, 1 last complaint.....the stray cats!

I have lived here since September 2012. Since moving in the Apartments have changed management. It seems that the simplest tasks are a handful for this group and that the priority for them is making the leasing office and the exterior of the buildings look "nice". Instead of taking the time to handle the problems of A/C not reaching rooms, hot water issues, windows sealed improperly during the winter. I would wake up in a 40-50 degree room, really pleasant. The online bill pay has pretty much stopped working. Not to mention the water, which costs $55/ month, was not working for the entire complex yesterday. I will most definitely be moving else where when my lease is up. Or sooner if there is a breach of contract.
