Rated 1 out of 5?by Crooks The apartments are nice but make sure that you put in a 60 day notice before you leave. My wife and I bought a house and only put in a 30 notice before our lease ended and are getting charged for an extra month. Plus make sure to do a move out inspection. We didn't and they ripped up the carpet and said that we damaged the carpet. The carpet was cleaned when we left. They also charge extra for water and electricity for all the amenities. The apartment was nice, but unless you like living under so many rules and like paying extra money, I would never recommend it. April 3, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5?by Great Apatrments! This was my first Apartment and I loved it. The layout was wonderful. I was on the top floor and had a fireplace and a vaulted ceiling. It was right in the middle of town but the noise wasn't bad at all. Staff was always helpful and I never had an issue when I put in a maintenance request. The amenities are kind of average. There is a nice pool and a gym, but some of the gym equipment needed work. I used the laundry once, the machines were dirty, and my cloths wouldn't get dry. There is laundry hook ups in the apartments so I just bought my own washer and dryer. Overall I loved living here!!! November 2, 2012
