Rated 5 out of 5?by Wonderful place to live Apartments are pretty new and very well kept up--also, meticulously cleaned/repaired before I moved in. Looked brand new when I moved in. The office staff is incredibly helpful and responsive. Maintenance is always quick to come check on anything. The grounds are clean and quiet and safe. The apartment I'm in is very quiet also (I'm on a bottom corner). The only thing I can hear is the occassional thuds when the kid that lives upstairs runs around. The location is one exit (2 miles) north of "downtown" Cartersville. Not much at all that's close by. Walmart is about 5 minutes away. But I guess if you like living in the middle of nowhere it's fine. It does seem really safe. And I have a really nice view from my apartment. My 1-bedroom apartment has a lot of storage and 2 giant windows and a little patio. Dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer hookups. There's also a laundry facility and little fitness center by the pool. The utilities are sooo cheap compared to every other apartment I've lived in. If you have to live in Cartersville, I'd highly recommend Stone Mill. January 19, 2013
