Rated 1 out of 5?by mwall1516 Horrible Visit I am currently visiting a friend for the weekend at The M Apartments in Atlanta, GA. This isn't my first visit, so what I'm writing about isn't the only experience. DO NOT MOVE HERE! You could not pay me to move into this place. The walls and floors are paper thin. During my list visit, I could not go to sleep because of the dogs barking upstairs (They also play fetch with the dogs with is loud!!!). And was awoken by the stomping of feet the next morning. The management claims there is a weight limit for dogs, but that is a joke. I've seen dogs well over the weight being walked by their owners. This morning I woke up to the sounds of a screaming baby. If you want any piece and quite, you better think twice before calling this place home. I gave maintenance a poor grade because there are several issues with my friends apartment that have been reported and were simply ignored by management. This place looks great on the outside and they get you in here with the coffee bar and salt water pool, which is all fine and dandy... except you can't enjoy your unit because of noise from your neighbors! STAY AWAY!!! March 9, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5?by KT I was very impressed! I do not live at The M I want to live at the new Alpharetta property and I was told to call this property. The lady who helped me is the definition of impeccable customer service! Stephanie was extremely helpful, bubbly, witty and just plain amazing. I am eager to move because she made Davis seem like the best property management company to live at. I did not know she was not going to be working there until the end of our convo, but she is extraordinary! She is how a manager should be, I never once felt like I could not afford living there until I actually looked at where she worked (The M). But never once did she make me feel uncomfortable or not excited. I truly believe she deserves to be recognized? January 15, 2013

I really do like the fact my floorplan is HUGE and I dont feel like I am even in an apartment. I love walking in the doors and being greeted when I walk past the office, the woman who is always there knows my name and I havent even had a conversation with her. Its very good customer service, VERY GOOD! I love it here at The M anyone would. December 11, 2012
