Rated 1 out of 5?by oktayarslan The last option This is my one and a half year in this apartment complex and am considering moving out as soon as possible. The buildings are old, but I am ok with that since its rent is cheap. It's simply what you get for what you pay. But, the management is kind of lazy, especially, when you ask for some maintenance service. The bug is a huge problem, I've seen too many bugs in the kitchen and asked for exterminator. The guy comes and sprays to a few places and then there are still lots of bugs. Also, I recently had a leakage on the ceiling in the restroom. It took several calls to management and 10 days to fix the issue. They are not very prompted though I have been paying all my bills+rent on time. Simply, I don't recommend staying at this place unless you don't have any other option!!! May 16, 2013
