Rated 2 out of 5?by Nikki It's what they dont tell you. I lived at this complex for an entire year. I was drawn to the location and the oddity of a townhome in the city. Its location, while wonderfully seated in midtown is also directly across the street from the largest homeless shelter in Atlanta. They trust that you won't drive by at night or early Saturday morning. That is when the neighbors are more apparent. I was fooled into thinking that surely the complex is embarrassed by that and will make up for it but they dont. The maintenance is that call me three times kind of maintenance and things don't get repaired timely here. The only exception is the gate. I think they reconize that theyd have a mutiny on their hands if the false sense of security we get from that gate were ever distrubed. I never had a break in but I did get approached frequently if ever I left the apartment on foot which was disappointing. Just don't mover here until you thoroughly explore the neighborhood on drive bys at different times of the day and night. February 26, 2013
