Rated 4 out of 5?by Randeelynn I love this apartment! My boyfriend and I moved in December 2012 and have been so pleased! We have a one bedroom one bath and for just the 2 of us it is plenty! Rosie the apartment manager has been so very helpful since the day we stepped foot in her office. She is so nice and has the greatest personality! She really wants the community to strive and do well. Some of the apartments have screened in porches, ours does and we love it! Since we've moved in I havent heard one of our neighbors. I like that is all one level and just multiple buildings. Everyone is very friendly for the most part. ***The best part is that since we've moved in we have not EVER seen a bug. The Maintence guy Kato is really awesome too! The only downside is they don't have dishwashers. I myself like to clean so it's no big deal but every now and then it would be nice to just come home and unload the dishwasher. So if you're looking for a great community that also happens to be right by Lake allatoona and a huge park this place is for you! Couldn't be any more proud of my apartment! May 24, 2013
