Rated 1 out of 5?by UnhappyatPost Do not expect to get your deposit back. Noise level is ridiculous. Even if you do not have a pet they will charge you for new carpet when you move out. I read horror stories before moving in but the complex is located on the bay and the view is beautiful. Although they do not tell you to pull the carpets back to see if there are existing stains when you move in, they will pull them back and even if nothing is there, they will charge you for new carpet. I had pictures of the padding underneath, completely clean and the representative signed off that it was okay but a week later received a notice that not only did they keep deposit, they want an additional $1000. Hogan's and Whiskey Joes next door play music until 2:00 am on most nights, especially on weekends and spring break. It is extremely lound. Also, residents do not pick up after their dogs. If you want a good view but miserable living.......its the place for you. March 22, 2013
