Rated 1 out of 5?by currentresident A LOT of issues My husband and I can' t wait to move out once our contract is up! The staff is incompetent and outright rude and loses tenant files/documentation. The buildings are poorly constructed-- there's no insulation to keep out the heat of summer weather, so expect to run your A/C 24/7 between 67-69 degrees if you want to stay even slightly cool. The electrical wiring is horrible-- using even a low level microwave will flip the circuit breaker (or even a nightlight in the bathroom does the same) or doesn't seem to draw enough power in several outlets to run an appliance properly. The water and piping issues are horrendous-- if you run one sink in the double vanity bathroom, you can't even turn the other sink on. The toilet backs up with even just 1-2 small pieces of toilet paper, so expect to have a plunger handy every other time you use it. And yes, if you've read reviews on other websites, there IS a roach/bug problem! You also have to take your trash to the only garbage bin at the very front of the apartment community-- which is over overflowing -- because there are no other trash areas for you to put your belongings. Lastly, a towing company patrols the parking lots several times every day. BEWARE! May 30, 2013
