Rated 4 out of 5?by Lived Here, it has its Pros and its Cons As mentioned before, because I was one of the first group of people to move in one of the first buildings, I dealt with construction problems, especially when it rained, it would flood terribly from both the side entrance and the front. I moved into my apartment January 22, I received a notice saying my lease was up Dec 31st of the same year, to renew or move out. My opinion that is NOT 12 full months. Also, there was only 2 people in management that were very unprofessional, or didnt know what she was doing, always told lies...bugs would mysteriously show up everywhere like centipedes i believe they are called. Pros the apartment was nice of course because it was new, the only problem I had was my ice machine did not work when I first moved in (nobiggy It got fixed). Jose and another YOUNG lady, (cant remember her name) was very nice, honest, and professional. You just have to know who to deal with when you go the office. My overall stay was Good I was pleased, Oh and my opinion Those hospital keys they have as door keys looks cool but really are NOT when you have kids or family that wants to stay over April 15, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by Don't waste your time. Mold in apartments, unskilled maintenance workers, hard to communicate with staff, office always full of residence making complaints. Some small things that are just annoying on a regular basis is only allowing one name in the call box per unit and the gate is iffy, sometimes in works sometimes it doesn't. Also, if you have any vehicle other than a car be prepared to exit through the sidewalk gate because the gate won't open for anything smaller than a car and your motorcycle or scooter has to share a parking spot with your car since it cannot have its own parking spot. Rated 2 out of 5?by Just dont go through all the work it takes to live here. This is the worst management office we have EVER had to deal with. They do not communicate, do not follow up on anything, and donot care about anything you have to deal with. This is the LOUDEST place we have ever lived - you will hear evrything your neighbors above you do.... the hallway that doubles as a cave doesnt help when every person thinks its a good place and time to yell or rant on the phone or get in a half an hour fight.... dont get roped in my the beautiful new buildings. Rated 3 out of 5?by Could Be Better ... Yes, the complex is nice. It being brand new is a perk. There are more negatives than positives about this place though. First off, I was supposed to move in in March, but was not given a key until May. I did not get updates about when I would be able to move in. I always had to call and even come in physically to find out what was going on. When I finally moved in the first thing I had to deal with is a clogged bathtub. We are now in October and the complex still isn't complete. Construction is taking way too long. Tenants are forced to drive in circles just to get around this place because the construction team chooses to work when they want to. Also, maintenance around here is terrible. The stairwells have been taken over by spiders, their webs, and all other kinds of creatures. I have to dodge them to get through my front door. The gym is very small and is inaccessible to people who work 9-5. They close at 6 when the office closes; such an inconvenience. They should make it accessible to tenants from the outside until a later time. Management needs to pick it up! October 2, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5?by Captiva Cove I was put on a waiting list in the beginning of January because not all the buildings were done being built. Mariella,the office manager, is great. She was very helpful and always kept me updated on the completion of the building. When I finally moved in, Jose helped explain things to me in the apartment. Everything is brand new and although you should check everything, I never had an issue. I never hear noise and my building is always clean. I agree that the gym should be accessible with a special key or they should have an outside door because people with full time day jobs, cant access the gym at night. I enjoy living here and will stay here until I buy a house :) June 12, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by Interesting place. I am one of the first to move in. The management team does not allow us to use the GYM out of office hours which they determine when that is. The neighbors do not value the place they leave in and do not respect other neighbors, at night they like to keep active and loud activity making difficult for other to sleep. I constantly find bottles of alcohol on the floor and recently on top of a tree. I am saving my money and I will move to my own place soon. I moved in an lots of things were brand new but it was already brooked by the construction people. When you move in check every single thing do not assume because is brand new , it is working properly. May 12, 2013
