Rated 2 out of 5?by RENT HERE IF ONLY YOUR LAST RESORT! THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! WHATEVER THEY TELL YOU MAKE SURE YOU GET IT IN WRITING. IF YOU SIGN SOMETHING MAKE SURE YOU GET A COPY RIGHT THEN AND THERE. IF YOU DONT LIKE KIDS DONT MOVE HERE. IT TAKES 2 ELEMENTARY BUSES TO TAKE KIDS TO SCHOOL. I LIKE THE LOCATION (CLOSE TO BEACH, SHOPPING, BARS, RESTAURANTS AND NAS PCOLA). THE POOL AND WEIGHT ROOM IS NICE. HOWEVER THIS IS MY LAST YEAR HERE. REASON: THE ALWAYS NEW MANAGEMENT WHO WILL TRY TO COVER THEIR TRACKS WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE AND DONT WANT TO ADMIT IT. April 13, 2013
