Rated 1 out of 5?by student12 Invasion of Privacy I have been renting at Ashley Club for about 3 months now. My expectations from apartments have always been low given the whole idea of apartment living. But this complex can even meet my "low expectations." Recently new management took over (Greystone) and I can honestly say I have never had a landlord need to enter my apartment unexpectedly as much as these guys have had to. It seems weekly I am getting 24 hours notices on my door telling me they need to do a "general inspection" or that they need to do a "water leak" check. Regardless of whether or not the tenant is available to be present during these time they come into the apartment. I have had 3 different maintenance issues since I've started living there (2 were things wrong before at the start of my lease) and for every single one It takes me having to put in a work order twice and then coming into the office after a few days to insist someone fix the problem. Again, I really don't expect much: just a decently lean apartment with the amenities stated in the contract to be working (like my toilet). Let's put it this way: you don't even get what you pay for with Ashley Club. March 24, 2013
