Rated 1 out of 5?by ResidentX Don't move here.
I would not recommend living here at all. The neighborhood is not very good, the residents are VERY noisy and obnoxious. Residents often times drive through the parking lot with the radio at full volume playing obscene music, and some insist that everyone really, really, really, REALLY want to hear their foul and obnoxious music (if it qualifies as such) blaring from the car while they are outside washing it in front of the unit. However, there is a really nice place provided on site to wash your vehicle but nobody uses it because everyone would miss out on the free car stereo concert. Other residents loiter in the walk/hall ways sometimes until 5am. Some residents are too lazy to properly dispose of trash and just toss it in front of the dumpster, other times they toss loose debris by the dumpster and it blows onto patios. The noise problems get worse too, if it's not bad enough that the residents must make as much noise as possible in the parking lot with or without their cars, and in the hallways, the also insist on making as much noise as possible in adjacent units. Sometimes sounds like a rock band or worse yet, rap concert reverberating from the next unit. Management refuses to address noise issues or even talk to residents about it but has issued a decree banning charcoal grills from the property. Probably a wise move, wouldn't want all the stoned rap heads burning down the building. That sums up the noise portion. Now on to maintenance. It doesn't exist. You can complain until you turn blue in the face and nothing happens. There have been dozens of maintenance personnel come and go over the last year or so. Management just shrugs off complaints and states they are 6 months behind on work orders. I have several problems with my unit and have complained several times and had management write many different work orders and nothing has happened, but yet they can pay and have someone put up signs directing traffic to the leasing office or can re-sod the lawn close to the leasing office. The office staff itself is very friendly and professional, but I don't think there is much communication going on, and there have been a lot of office staff coming and going, which creates more problems because one manager will start working on problems and fixing things then another manager takes their place and everything goes back on the back burner. The property has great potential and is in a convenient location, but management needs to run the proper better, fix the property quickly and properly, and be more selective on the caliber of residents that they enter into lease agreements with.
