Rated 1 out of 5?by managment is horrible lived here for a year, not only were the neighbors horrible and would not leave you alone but so was the staff. Sandy in the front office was completely unprofessional. Do not rent here!!! for the price you can find a nicer place with a better staff. The first month i moved in the air unit stopped working twice. The whole year i was there our hot water went out over 6 times. When i would call the front office to ask what the problem was they would be completely rude. August 20, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5?by Ups and Downs We lived here prior to the management change and the "New Management - New Upgrades" push. Overall, it is a very good community to live in, good neighbors for the most part and very pet friendly! However things that used to be kept up very well (lakes and ponds being kept up with as far as treating, cleaning etc), which is not being done right now (or you changed from the company that was doing a great job with that and the landscaping), the trash situation has gotten OUT OF CONTROL in the last couple weeks! We understand you are building a wall and have a temporary full size roll off, but there is as much trash stacked OVER the top as what's in it (don't forget, we have racoons,bobcats, coyotes and such that are natural animals around here!) it needs picked up more frequently. The upgrades (stainless steel appliances, new kitchen cabinets and counter tops along with vinyl wood style flooring (although we like the carpet since ours is in good shape) are only available to new move in's and residents who decide to renew their lease at $100+ per month increase (how about doing the upgrades for existing residents to keep them here instead and give them the option of renewing for the higher rate instead of just turning over and leaving apartments sit vacant for a couple weeks to a month or more?) In their defense, they are doing a lot of improvements, such as renovating the leasing office, adding bike racks, redoing the gym and pool are and adding a dog run and a few other things, but they seem to be losing sight of the basics in the process. Just my two cents - it's a mixed bag depending on how your look at it. April 7, 2014
