Rated 1 out of 5?by I would not recommend this complext to anyone It will be going on two years that I've lived at this complex. I moved to Indigo West for a few reasons: I came in during a special and my monthly rent for my apartment size was good, the property was well kept, the original staff was friendly and down to earth, and I was completely sold on the complex being gated all around and guarded by ex-marines/army/ etc. With all those positives it was easy over look minor and fix-able things like the washers not working the way they should. But it went from minor things to more serious things like gates breaking down, lack of notification of a delivered package, and lazy and rude maintenance staff who insist no one was home when they stopped by even though you were home all day. Although the rent was decently priced, I did not and still do not like that I am charged a separate trash fee. I'd rather take my own trash out and know its taken out PROPERLY versus having the poorly paid contractors pickup my trash and leave bits and pieces of it in the hallway. Be advised : this is not a fee that can be removed from your rent bill - its there whether you like it or not. To make matters worse, I conveniently renewed my lease just as they were transitioning to new management. As a result my rent increased, the original sales staff left Indigo West and we are left with rude and cold staff who feel they own stock in the place. I have not seen any security officer patrolling the property or the front. More and more people are walking their pitbulls (which is not allowed PER LEASE AGREEMENT) and good luck trying to talk with Matrix Residential because they will never call you back to follow up. The new staff is so concerned with filling vacant apartments that the quality of the tenants is at its lowest. I can't wait until my lease is up; I chose this complex because of what it had to offer and I am offended that so much changed in so little time. July 7, 2014

Cleanliness of Complex: The area is pretty (there is a large lake in the middle of the complex) HOWEVER the amount of trash surrounding the lake could be improved. The baggy area where you can grab bags to pick up after your pet is ALWAYS full.... This leaves each area (there are 3 areas) smelling foul. In the bushes around the lake there are ALWAYS empty glass/plastic bottles tossed in the bushes and random pieces glass scattered about (especially near the pool area). Security: Most nights they aren't doing their job. I know this because I am a tenant here, so I've experienced this firsthand. FYI their job is to be at their work station ready to answer any calls from the tenants. Safety: Since I?ve lived here the police have shown up to this complex more than a handful of times. There are also policemen at the main entrance of the complex many nights. Noise Level: On both the weekends and week days some tenants choose to play music very loudly either in their apartment, car, or near the pool area; loud enough to be heard on the opposite side of the lake. Staff in MAIN BLDG + Maintenance: (Most of) the staff is great and friendly. Basically if you treat them with respect then you can expect the same back. The following things need to be improved: 1. Less noise / music 2. Responsive security guards 3. A cleaner area overall 4. Working gates at entryway (the gates are always malfunctioning) Last but not least; if you choose to move during the month(s) of a special [where you get a great deal on rent] expect your rent to sky rocket when it comes time to renew your lease. Rated 5 out of 5?by Review of Indigo West After visiting this community, I impressed that there was a security gate. The grounds look very clean as well as the apartments. The staff seems very helpful and nice. I look forward to making this community my future home. December 12, 2013

Their attention is focused solely on getting the empty apartments filled. WARNING: Extremely rude staff!!! November 23, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by So Noisy Air conditions inside the premises are like from eighties and they are so loud. And about the outside units, they are all located right in front of your bedroom window. So it means even if your ac is not working, you listen to neighbors ac up all night, and believe me there are six ac units in front of my bedroom window, each one of them is noisy so noisy. just imagine the noise when couple of them are working. I have made lots of complaints about this problem, and seems like office staff cares only about rushing the late fees on the fourth morning. Not to mention they fine an arbitrary one hundred dollars, even if you have ten percent on your lease. November 15, 2013
