Amenities are good as comm center has fax and other machines available while getting settled in and maintenance is great and includes regular pest control. Very quiet complex. 4 miles from beach (10 min drive). The upgrades include upper levels, black or granite counter tops, black or stainless appliances, and wood floors in the kitchen for about 40-100 more a month. Standard is all white as photoed in last pictures. March 17, 2013
