Rated 1 out of 5?by Tara Lying and shady office staff This place is shady and the people that work there only want to flip applicants for the commission. They have no interest in filling apartments. I had a ridiculous experience this month. The girl that showed me the unit was very nice. I had been looking for an apartment for months and when i saw this place, i filled out an application immediately. It was an easy sale. I have the credentials, the job, income, references etc..But was told I needed a co-signer..because she couldnt get ahold of any of my past landlords....and the co-signer had to pay another application fee on top of mine. Needless to say, the girl never called any of my references or past landlords like she said. I called to check up on this and no one has received calls or messages. Once you fill out the application, it is impossible to get ahold of the person working with you. When I finally got ahold of a manager, I went into the office to tell her about my experience, no apology or attempt to rectify the situation, just a quick "so do you want to cancel your application then?". Well if you put it that way, yes i do! If they start out in lies, who knows what else they will lie about. This happened with another girl i work with as well at this apartment complex, she had filled out the application, ready to sign the lease, she was promised a unit over looking the dog park. When she saw the apartment they put her in..it was over looking a storage shed in an area where all the apartments are crammed together..then they told her she needed 2 months rent plus a deposit as well as $45 a month to reserve a parking spot! Do not trust this place. The apartments are nice and the community as well..but is it really worth it? April 5, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5?by Beware BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION !!!! Beware of this community. It is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Our first contact with this community was a year ago. We were looking for a community that offered renovated units. At first the staff was friendly and accommodating. Upon our second visit, the true colors of the management team came out. They were rude and acted as if they did not want to be bothered. We left and did not return for a year. As our lease come due this year, we decided to give the community a second chance. We visited many times and they were very friendly and out going, until it came time to sign a lease. This is when the wolf showed it's teeth. They raised the rent price (using charges like end unit charge). In total the price went up an additional $25.00 a month. Then when we questioned the differences between the show units and the unit we would receive, we was told, "this is to give you an idea of what a unit is like. The unit may be different". When we questioned things, they did not want to discuss previous promises or agreements. Was told "that person does not work here anymore". We are out $200. with application fees and $99 holding fee. Beware. This community had a rough reputation before, well from what I am seeing, it is heading in the same direction again. Get everything in writing before you give any money. Know this is a business and they do not care about anything other then filling the units at whatever cost, even lying. April 1, 2013
