Rated 1 out of 5?by Terrible Management I lived at this complex apartment for 4 years, it used to be part of Equity corp and at that time it was a great experience. Lastly, since it became a Landmark corp. the service and property management dramatically changed to the worst. Unfortunatelly, we haven't been billed properly for water and trash many times. I was paying for it around 120.00 dollards a month for it and the customer sevice experience was fatal. I strongly suggest you to speak with any neighbor at this complex before you lease. It is sad to say but they like to charge you many fees and bills without letting you know. Be careful before you move!!! April 9, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by Dont Rent Here, Shop around first I have been living here for 6 months and hate it here. The office staff is horrible and when you try to talk to them it is more like you are bothering them. The so called Bark Park is a mess and the 2 dump cans there haven't been emptied in over a month, never mind the fact there are never any pet bags at the 4 different areas that are suppose to have bags. There is a very nice clubhouse, however, you can only use it when the office is open. You would think with the new clubhouse there would be maybe a happy hour, movie nite or something so the residents can enjoy and meet their neighbors. There is a new remodeled gym, painted, but the equipment doesn't work properly and there are not any type of sani wipes to wipe off the equipment after being used. The bathroom in the gym is always nasty dirty and never has toilet paper. There is never any type of activites for the residents to do as far as pool parties or get together provided from the staff. I have lived in other places that have pool parties, happy hour, breakfast and other resident get togethers. They spend all this money to, so call, upgrade the apartments but once you move in you are forgotten about and more of a rent check from that point and a nuisance if you need anything. My apartment has had bugs since I moved in that I have complained about and I have had to spray myself The, Michael, has promised that he would make sure this issue would be resolved. It still is not and we are moving out immediately. In speaking with the few tenants that are still living here, they are unhappy as well. We use to not be able to get a parking space close to our apartment now you have multiple choice as people have been moving out rather than moving in. Its very unfortunate because the apartments are nice but the management team ruins the name and the desire to live here anymore. September 13, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5?by New Management is apathetic This may be very well be from a biased point of view, but after several recent incidents (most notably a recent water main pipe break that left the complex without water for around 12 hours), where personell working in the office failed to notify tennants of the situation. I am ready to move. The watermain is only the tip of the iceberg, really. On more than one occasion I have been quoted my rent price including water, paid that amout, and been told a week later that i still have a past due amout. I could go on and on but the bottom line is the customer service in the main office stinks, and the maintanence workers will quickly remind you that it's an inconvienience to repair something business hours or not. Bottom Line : shop around first. there's plenty of nice complexes in an otherwise great community. August 27, 2013
