Rated 4 out of 5?by Disappointed tenent. I like living here but . . . The Palms of Monterrey advertises a heated pool, but this is not true. I've lived here for two years and my biggest complaint is the pool is not heated. It looks beautiful in the cooler months but there is not a single person that is willing to get in it.
