Rated 1 out of 5?by bill Avoid Tivoli Avoid this place at ALL costs. Terrible Management and Maint. You call for a problem and 5 days later they still have not arrived. You call and they say they don't have a record. (this is constant at this place) Mgmt will deny deny deny at all cost. 3 years of misery... Just a BAD Place. May 20, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5?by Navywife55 Dishonest and unprofessional practices. Moved out on August 1, 2012. Paid the ISTA (water/sewer) bill on August 7, 2012. Tivoli claims I never paid that bill. I have irrefutable proof that I paid that bill but it was sent to a collection agency, anyway. Finally, got every thing resolved today (2/13/2013) with the agency. However, Tivoli still maintains I owe them money. I could go on about other issues but this was the worst. February 13, 2013
