Rated 2 out of 5?by don't move here... last resort I received a CORRECTION NOTICE and it stated Chairs and table not considered patio furniture. Grill - if electric please cover, if gas or charcoal please remove. IF THE ABOVE MENTIONED ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED WITHIN 24 HOURS, MANAGEMENT WILL REMOVE ANY ITEMS OF VIOLATION. YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED FROM $50 TO $250 REMOVAL FEE. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS LOST.. First there beach chairs (used for out door use) bought from Wal-Mart and in good taste.. Grill didn't have the lid on it so I put the cover on it.. Something very simple but, your going to remove things that I paid cash for? My hard earned money!!! Who do they think they are? July 23, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by This place can kick rocks I have lived in this place for 2 years. I got and "upgraded apartment" but the the upgrade is not that at all, they use cheap materials, the cabinet shelves sits on pins that fall out easily. I lost alot of my dishes when I first moved in because I was not aware of this and all the shelves fell down. My AC makes this loud noise and I've called to complain and it was never fixed, now with all the rain every day it rains in my kitchen as well, I have called a few times and nothing was fixed. I come home every day to a soaken wet floor and the kitchen light will not turn on any more. The girl in the front office KAREY has a bad attitude and does not care at all that there are any issues. Then I come home to a violation on my door because I have a Bike on my patio that they threaten to remove and charge me up to $250 to remove if I do not remove my self. How is a place going to send me a violation for a Bike but are in complete violation themselves. UNACCEPTABLE. Again Ms Attitude KAREY at the front office doesn't care and refused to give me any phone numbers to management or corporate. She even says they have nothing to do with the violation on my door.
