I've lived at The Carrington for over 2 years now, and I have little to complain about! The office staff are friendly and available (open until 6:00pm most days even later#, the grounds are kept very clean, and the maintenance crew is prompt and helpful.
Some of my favorite things about The Carrington are the atmosphere, amenities and location. Free events are held each week to get to know your neighbors, the pool, outdoor grills and workout room and you can't find a better area to live with shops and restaurants within walking distance.
I'm not sure if the previous review lived where I live, maybe it was a mistake...? because none of the comments make sense with what I've experienced at The Carrington.
I guess the only thing I'd change #as would be the same with any place I've lived), is that cheaper rent would be nice ;o) I have recommended my co-worker and he is moving in next month.

We've been here a little while. We're going into our second lease. We love it. It's perfect for us. The place is quiet, no problems, and have to say we do love Thirsty Thursday- the kids karoake is nice. It's not just for drinkers- it's just a way to say the day I guess. We enjoy our Thursdays here. My friends moved here too after they came on Thursday. They are still glad they moved here. My kids enjoy singing.
Everyone has been great to us. No complaints. Even maintenance has been "johnnie on the spot" for us. Maybe they like us more because we take good care of our place. ha ha No. I'm sure everyone has good days and bad days. I say move here! Tell the office Omar sent you.

I need to tell your apt complex may be the neat the bottom of the list for apt living I have bee in your complex to visit it is bad I did move in another complex, but you need to know all your staff should be fired. Nothing gets done by your maint staff my friend has had broken things in there apt that has been broken for months. I was a maint manager for a very large mall and if my staff was as lazy as your staff I would be fired I dont know who owns the property but they need to step in its like a getto
