Rated 1 out of 5?by Mbaker0684 This apartment community is the worst From the very beginning that I moved into Cedarwood Apartments in Newark, DE I was getting bit by something. I went to the doctors and they thought it might be spider bites. A couple months went by and I was still getting bit and I finally went to the office to see what they could do. They did nothing, in fact they sent me a letter with a bill stating that I had bed bugs and needed to pay this astronomical amount of money or the eviction process would start. This company does not care about any of the tenants. They only care about the rent check due at the end of the month. The cops are in here every week for something. This place is infested with bed bugs in multiple units, and instead of taking care of the problem they just inconvenience the tenant by asking them to move to another apartment. What a joke. Move in at your own risk, I am counting down the days until my lease is up.... January 28, 2013
