Rated 1 out of 5?by Not worth the money I lived in this complex for over four years. The best thing about this community is their maintenance staff who are fast and efficient. They also do a very good job keeping up the exterior cleanliness of the walkways, sidewalks, parking lot, and the gardening. The price for these apartments are much higher than the area average despite their upkeep and maintenance. The amount of noise is terrible as some of the residents are absolute trash. You WILL be woken up at night by New Castle County police as well as the train across the street. The office staff is terrible. They answer the phone very pleasantly and professionally until you ask a question or have a concern that is anything other than an maintenance request. If you look around lately there are many more vacant units than there ever used to be. They will offer an incentive for you to sign another year lease and then try to say you didn't turn the paperwork in time (tried this with me TWICE despite me having the office girl date my copy). When moving out the maintenance guy literally took out a black light and walked around the unit looking for marks. Wow, really? I absolutely would not recommend St. Andrews to anybody. There are much nicer communities in the area with less rent. February 18, 2013
