The place is absolutely beautiful and spacious, (I love the exposed beams, the huge windows and the view), The location is ideal, the management welcoming and the rent affordable. It is clean and well maintained. It's so obvious the people who own the building care about the property and the residents. When I visited, I felt like I was coming home. I am so happy to say, I will be moving into my new home here in just a few weeks. It's everything I was looking for. May 13, 2013

Our 565 - 1000 square-foot one and two bedroom interiors are bright and charming and feature exposed wood beams, 10-foot ceilings, oversized industrial windows, and exposed brick walls. Our community amenities include same-floor laundry and private parking. At Mill at Still River, you'll be just a short distance from Go Kart park, batting cages, mini golf, bike trails, and Highland lake. We hope to provide the level of service and comfort you expect. As part of our management systems, we will update our website on a regular basis so you will see a schedule of community events, maintenance, and management initiatives.
