Rated 2 out of 5?by BrittB6 Don't waste your time The staff will seem amazing until you actually sign your lease. After that don't expect much. We've been living here for 2 months and we hate it. The neighbors are noisy, yelling at all hours of the night. The management is a joke. They don't fix anything in a timely manner and they ignore complaints/emails/etc. Susan Hansen is the biggest offender. PLUS if you don't follow your lease VERY carefully they will try to falsely charge you late fees/etc. They didn't clean ANYTHING when before we moved in, just slapped a coat of paint over everything. Literally. There was a q-tip painted right into our hall closet shelf. They refer to themselves as a "gated" community. Well be forewarned that they consider a large metal door that requires a special key, and slams shut no matter how quietly you try to shut it - "gated" I will never let anyone i know move here, and I hope none of you do either. Rated 5 out of 5?by HappyCamper281 Very Satisfied! I recently moved to Bradley Court (a little over a year ago) and have had a pleasant experience so far. The backsplash in the kitchen gave my apartment a homey feel! The new maintenance staff has addressed all of my needs in a professional manner. They have been putting up siding on the exterior of the building, which makes the outside look much nicer. I was unhappy that the pool was closed for half of last summer, but thankfully management opened the pool early this year and it has been up and running for the entire summer. For the most part, management has been accommodating and reasonable; at the beginning, some of my requests were delayed , but since the new manager started working, my experience with management has been much more pleasant. Overall, I'm happy with the way things have been so far and I hope they continue to get better! August 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5?by 7years&lovingit 7 years and loving it! Windsor Locks is my home town and Bradley Court is my home. I have lived here for 7 years and I have really enjoyed it. I love the location, the amenities, and my neighbors. I can't say enough about the maintenance staff. June 19, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5?by New to Bradley Best Value "Don't judge a book by its cover" As one who has lived in various NW CT apartments for a number of years now, I am glad to have found Bradley Court. Although the exterior of the property could use some sprucing up, my apartment is spacious with a beautifully updated kitchen and bathroom. After looking around in Enfield and Windsor I found Bradley Court to be the best deal for the money. I have never had any issues with maintenance, on the contrary they came within 2 hours of my calling and were very polite. I even received a follow up call from the office asking if everything was repaired to my satisfaction. My building is extremely quite and I have a nice view of the pool from my apartment. The potholes are an issue but I would not go so far as to say they are dangerous. It's also extremely convenient to have laundry facilities in the building and a convenience store a few feet away. Rated 1 out of 5?by tinkerman373 This is honest facts, no lies, or embelishments The place was not cleaned. The people had moved out that night before, takeing the keys to our apt. Was given a used refridgerator. No pool last yr. Parking lot has pot hole. Pest, birds in the atic, black ants. Warning: for small children. Do not leave children unattended. Hot water is free, but if your neighbor flushes, or starts dishwasher, you will get burnt, or freeze in the middle of your shower. Ac units can not reach bedrooms to cool them off. May 3, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5?by Former Tenant Be careful, moving out for a reason. In the process of moving. Please be careful, there is new management and the organization is a mess. Hopefully they will get things moving in the right direction. It took two years for an appliance to get fixed--and only when the new management came in. They didn't send me a new lease and I got a notice of intent to repossess. The pool last year was closed for more than half the summer. The toilet just took nearly a week to fix--it wouldn't flush. When the garbage disposal dropped out of the sink they just put a pipe in, not another disposal. There is no hot water at certain times of day. The driveway is extremely dangerous and the potholes are very bad, and have been for a long time. The price was right but you get what you pay for. Hopefully the new management will help the complex get on its feet. The apartment itself isn't bad at all, the bedrooms are a good size and it is fairly quiet most of the time, but there is a lot of work to be done. May 2, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by Disappointed Person DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Maintenance doesn't fix anything until it's too far gone. Management doesn't care about their tenants. Management only thinks of themselves & if you make a complaint, they try to get you to leave & tow your car. The complex is full of potholes and Very dangerous for kids or people trying to drive onto the property. April 19, 2013
