Rated 1 out of 5?by close minded Would not even consider me because I have bad credit, and would not accept my mother as a co-signor with perfect credit. They need to get real, I am one of many people who is the victim of a foreclosure over the last couple of years and you would think they would want to take advantage of that segment of the population who is now going to rent because of these foreclosures And to not even allow a co-signor to make up for the bad credit, well that is ridiculous. Rated 5 out of 5?by BEST AREA IN HARTFORD TO LIVE I LIVED IN THIS APARTMENT FOR 9 YEARS AND IT WAS THE BEST CHOICE I HAVE EVER MADE AS FAR AS LIVING CONDITIONS , I ONLY MOVED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE 2 BEDROOMS AND AT THE TIME MY SON CAME TO LIVE WITH ME FROM OVERSEAS.. GEORGE AND HIS FAMILY ARE FABULOUS AND PROFESSIONAL FOLKS. THE LOCATION IS VERY CENTRAL AND THE APARTMENT IS VERY SECURED. WOULD LIVE THERE AGAIN ... December 10, 2012
