Rated 4 out of 5?by DDUD1 Nice Community Great place to live. However, I was denied my unit for what ever reason.. I just wish they notified me alot earlier than they did. I was scheduled to move in on 3/1/13. But wasn't notified until 2/28/13. I applied for the unit on 1/31/2013. Why so long. It put a burden on me because I couldn't notified my movers on time to cancelled. Therefore, I had to occured some out of pocket fees. I'm having a hard time getting my refund from my Security Deposit. I don't understand why Clemen's Place giving me such a hard time. March 29, 2013
