Rated 1 out of 5?by Rickman32 Terrible Management Do not rent privately from Timberridge (Managed by Corrum) The Timberridge apartment building has a nice location in the town of Vail. It is on the bus stop and offers an easy commute to the main village. HOWEVER the facilities and apartments are run down and disgusting. Everything in the apartments is cheep and it appears that the maintenance is not done by professionals, but by cheap hired hands. Anytime I had an issue I had to deal with the same man (the district manager for Corrum) who I felt never dealt with my issues professionally. At night the property is crawling with young Vail employees who are very loud and destructive. Plus you will never be able to park near your apartment due to terrible management of parking permits. Overall I had a terrible experience at Timberridge with the property and its managers. My advice to the new renter in the valley is to stay far away from the Timberridge property. This year I rent at River Run, a nice property but "Middle Creek" just east of Timberridge is your best bet. Middle Creek offers great rooms with plenty of indoor parking. February 3, 2013
