Rated 4 out of 5?by Nice place to live We have lived here for 2 1/2 years. Most of our frustration has been with the office staff but recent changes have remedied that problem. If you are coming to the complex I highly recommend that you deal with Charlene. She is kind and more customer service oriented than any other agent I have worked with here. The only other negative is the extreme increases in rent at every renewal. $30-50 a month each time. Maybe this is what is happening because of the market at every complex, I do not know. The positives are that the maintenance is very fast and friendly. The property is kept up nicely, and most of the residents are mature and friendly. February 10, 2013
