I've lived in apartments with my family off and on all my life (all over Colorado/Denver) and this one is not worth the price you pay. My lease is up in June 2013 and I'm already looking for a new place.
When I moved in, this complex was under different ownership and was called "Windsor Court" and since the change in names not much has changed. Everything that is working in my apartment is thanks to me or my boyfriend fixing it. The walls are painted the day before you move in I'm sure and cover the heating vents and electrical box. My carbon monoxide detector has batteries but no case.
The door on my building just recently got "fixed" after the cold weather hit after hanging off the bottom hinge for months. Now it doesn't even fit the door way and has no door knob, I don't think maintenance ever does something all the way.
Basically, it's not worth the price. Management needs to think about how much they are charging families/college students to live in this place. They need to make it cheaper, or make the place better.

Hi I have been stuck here becous my wife was sick we had a bottom floor apt with walk out here for 3years never late on rent prices going up every time leas is up after my wife passed I needed to get into smaller apt with x mas new year my bday and daring my wife I wanted to stay in same complex but smaller apt I got the runaround got a different answer every time I went into office the boss sead she would call me (nothing) they r doing work on outside but hallways stink to hi heaven no since they would not work with me I will probably be on the streets

Two weeks after I moved in, the management kicked everyone out of my building to repair the roof. They only gave us two week's notice and did not give any compensation. How are you going to let someone move into a building when you're going to kick everyone out two days later?
I moved into another building after having to pay out of pocket for all moving expenses and to take time off of work. After moving into the second apartment, there were an endless amount of things that needed to be repaired. The shower leaked, the kitchen sink leaked, the garbage disposal was broken, the bathroom fan was broken, the patio door was broken, and maintenance just left all of their tools all over my apartment! After they came to "fix" everything, they still did not actually fix any of the problems.
The quality of the kind of bathtubs they use are disgusting. Whenever you try to clean it, the sealant comes off, leaving you with nasty cracks all along the edge. Instead of actually fixing it, they just put a new seal on it, and while they're doing it you can't be in the apartment and you can't use your shower for two days! I've had to have this done three times now in less than a year.
And now, they are doing repairs to the roof on my building, which is fine, but it would have been nice to have at least been given notice that repair workers would be stomping around on the roof at 6 in the morning. And not only that, but the Villas At Parker seemed to think it was a great idea to store construction materials in my PAID parking spot! Two days of calling and going into the office and complaining, and the construction materials are still there.
The office staff is flat out rude, doesn't care, and shows no remorse or sympathy whenever they screw their tenants over.
Don't waste your time, save yourself some stress, and just go somewhere else.
