Rated 1 out of 5?by PEPRULZ Big hat no cattle! No stones no ranch. This place is great if you come in the summer. Every other breathe was a mention about the wonderful pools at each end of the property. I moved in the day after they both closed for the year. 90 degrees in the shade but the pools are locked up. Office staff is snippy. Office doesn't open until 10. Don't try to go at 6:01 nothing but tail lights. Vetting process is tedious and uses an outside contractor that lacks simple communication skills like returning phone calls. Complex itself is nice. Parking is a little limited. Rooms are ok. Nothing fancier than a cheap dorm room in a community college but live able. Rent is high but this is Denver. $900 for a single bedroom. + utilities. November 3, 2012
