Ratings & Reviews

Rated 1.3 out of 5?by 4 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5?by Extremely bad maintenance Maintenance is extremely bad, office stuff is rude, maintenance emergency never respond. Overall very low quality place to live. February 5, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5?by Look at Price-You get what you pay for I have lived here for one year and for the most part it has been pleasant. There are a few alarming flags I want to note. However I do think they have been handled in a somewhat fair manner. I do feel it is a safe area, for the most part the grounds are clean. In April 2013 a sewer pipe busted in the building and flooded my apartment. I am renting a studio apartment well the carpet and everything had to be dried out. I had to move everything into a 50 foot corner thus I was unable to live in my unit. I stayed in a hotel for a week. They were not going to do a thing about it, however I did speak with the manager and a fair resolution was made. It did take considerable effort on my part to reach a fair resolution. The unit is quiet for the most part except when the upstairs people are home. They thump around like it is a gym, however it is not the units fault. It is the people living above me. Amenities are very basic. Maintenance people are nice and understanding however if you call them or the phone number follow up will not happen. Make sure and call the front desk people or even leave a voice-mail on the front desks phone as follow up will happen then. Never call maintenance direct. The front desk people are super nice and do care. I have been treated like a King by the front desk people and I am very thankful for this. The last incident I have going on is my furnace. It has not been working. It was finally fixed and not working again. Luckily I have a good electric heater. My advice-purchase an electric heater as you will need it. The heating system is extremely unreliable and I would have froze if not for a back-up heating system. I have no bugs in my unit. I drive a newer vehicle and so far it has never been tampered with. Parking by the building I rent in is good. Read this carefully and please note it matches the price you pay per month in rent. You truly get what you pay for. Low rent equates to low service however I will say service is adequate. Like I mentioned there are shining points however also issues that will rise. Be sure to stick up for yourself if you live here. You need to watch out for yourself. Otherwise you will be taken advantage of. Good Faith does not exist here. However if you show management you are an educated person and you know your rights they will be fair. I am OK with living here knowing all of these things and I have signed another lease. Please use this as a honest disclaimer as to what will happen living within these units. December 11, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by I would reconsider The maintenance is not the best, the staff in office aren't really good. The location and vegetation is why I moved here. Make sure you do a lot of research before you decide to move in here because the renovations do not make up for the poor quality of service. November 14, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by Beware!!!!! If you're thinking about coming here, I urge you to reconsider. The term "new management" is just that! a term!!!! The new management will try to make it pleasant! The number 1 defense for slander is truth. a note was taped to my door that said that if i didn't pay an unfair utility charge, then i couldn't pay rent. Then i suppose they would come after me for not paying rent!!!!!!!! It's not worth it. go somewhere else. The "free rent" sign is just a lure. Beware!!!!! April 27, 2013
