Rated 4 out of 5?by Simon515 GOOD!!!! So I first moved here last year from Iowa and I LOVED it... Had a couple of problems when I first moved in and the Maintenance service fixed them issues right away. The Only down side is the office staff and the noise levels. I live on the 2nd floor and the people above me are WOW!!! they make so much noise and I also live right by the park so that doesn't help matters much either As for the office staff, they don't help you as much as you'd like, but all in all they are predicable and helpful when you need them December 1, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by Chris Stay away from the office manager Coming from NY this was better than our expectations. Things were falling apart, but still we enjoyed our stay Until time came to buy a home. The staff here was very nice. I wish I had never met with the office manager. Brenda I believe is her name. Some of her staff are definitely better qualified. First of all, We had to pay a prorated rent. Since we had moved out already, we decided to pay it on the 4th, day of our scheduled walk thru. We were charged $100 for being 1 day late. We had been exceptional tenants I believe and had always paid ahead of time. we believed that it wasn't fair to be charged $100 for a $170 bill. We approached her, hoping to get it waived, But she told my wife that gets that kind of request all the time and doesn't see why she should treat us differently. We were really offended by that comment, but let it go and paid. A couple of weeks later. instead of a check, we received another $76 bill. That was surprising because the walk thru had gone well. I called to inquire about it, and she said that I was "welcome to take it to court" to dispute. Really?? all I wanted to know was why. Not sure how she made it to that position, but she wasn't worth my time. I would have given this place a 4.5 stars, but that experience we had took it all away. October 31, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5?by Tabi Great Place to live My husband and I only lived here for a year and are now moving because we took the plunge and bought a house like everyone told us to do. Leaving is a little bittersweet because I actually loved it here. The staff was so nice and accommodating. All repairs happened that day or the next - and we hardly ever needed them. The garbage disposal went out once and the towel racks kept falling down - I don't know why those were built so badly. But the pool was awesome, the complex is very dog friendly, neighbors were so nice. The place was beautifully redone and that's part of the reason we chose it. It is walking distance to anything you need - grocery, dollar store, liquor store, etc... and I got the bus to work in LoDo right on the corner. My only complaints are - the laundry card you can only refill during office hours. Same with the gym - only open during office hours. September 23, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by Antwone22 Bad place to live Take my warning and stay far away from this place. The maintenance is horrible, the leasing office is worse, and the laundry facility is horrible. If you have a problem with your house you mind as well do it your self and on top of all this I was unfortunate to sign another lease with double the problems. the towel and toilet paper wracks fall, the door in the bathroom wont open all the way and if it does youll mess up the cheap tile they got in there and I would hate to see the bill for that. On top of all these problems I bought a brand new 600 dollar bed and guess what is crawling on it and bighting my wife. BUGS. so please take my warning I wish I would have checked out trustee reviews like mine. DO NOT LIVE HERE July 25, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by Steve look elsewhere I have lived here less than a year and my rent has been raised twice. Now I can no longer afford it. Had I known this beforehand I wouldn;t have moved here in the first place. Maintainence is a joke. If you have a problem on a Friday, don't expect a response until Monday at the earliest. The laundry facilities always have broken or non-working machines. When the are operational they do a poor job of getting my clothes clean. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere! March 3, 2013
