I loved the size of the unit and the price was reasonable but I stayed in my current complex because I was able to move into a larger 1 BR unit. This year, the lease is increasing by 15.8% so I will be revisiting Briarwood. One drawback I remember from last year was the inside hallway entrances to the apartments were dark and dingy looking. I believe new carpet was in order. I'll be anxious to see if it's been update since last summer. May 22, 2013
