Rated 1 out of 5?by for the past 4 years poor quality i been a tenant for 10 years and i fall in love with this comunity apartment when first move in BUT since 4 yaers ago its been questionable ,the price of the units ,been goin up and the bad maintenance hallways are dirty and felty, stairs even worse apliances very old have not change or upgrade it amenities such as the jacuzzy out of service for over 6 months already ,stinky alevator OVER ALL VERY UPSET with this situation and whats worse rent increase lately ha! only good thing close to bart and bayfair mall April 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5?by Great location Living at this location has been pleasant. Bart is close by which is only a few blocks away and walking distance. Convenient to shopping area and the freeway. The staff in the office is nice and friendly. Any issues are address right away. March 13, 2013

Our property features beautifully landscaped grounds, controlled access gates, pool and spa, assigned underground parking, laundry facilities, and elevator access. We located near Bart and the shopping mall and convenient to Freeways 880, 580, and 238.Apartment features include a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, plush carpeting, quality blinds, and a private patio/balcony. We also pay the water and garbage!
