Rated 2 out of 5?by bsmith9245 A Place to sleep During my stay there a few years back, these were a good deal at the $500-600 range. The walls were thin with a thin board cover, no sheet rock. At the price, it was ok with exception that you could hear people talking at normal volume through the walls. If the price was still low, I would stay there again. At the current rate there are much newer units available elsewhere. On the bright side, there's a park across the street and the location is great for access travel in any direction. March 25, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5?by belle worst The management here at Park West Apartments is uncaring and cold blooded. I've lived here for three [3] years and they have raised my rent $100 .00. I've always paid my rent on time with no problems what so ever. Now they are terminating my rental agreement with no explanation. Apparently they can rent it for more money and by law they can not raise my rent fast enough to met their greedy needs. I am so scared right now and feel betrayed, having my little space ripped out from under me for what? More money. They never even asked me if I would consider paying more, because I would, just to avoid the hassle of looking for and moving into a new place. Rent at your own risk. December 12, 2012
