Rated 4 out of 5?by Great For SDSU Needed a place for one year for SDSU. Less than 5 minutes from campus, even walkable if you'd like. Right near a trolley stop so you can go drinking downtown and not have to worry about driving. Quiet, maintenance requests are quickly handled, always nicely landscaped, has a pool, supermarket right around the corner, overall nice place to live for a year or two. Only downside is parking is sometimes a problem at night if you don't pay for a reserved space and you may have to find street parking. But not too often, and otherwise no complaints.
