Rated 5 out of 5?by Charise.L Best place to live! Aztec Pacific has treated myself and my husband like old friends since we called to inquire about moving in during April 2011. We still have the same on-site manager, Erica, who is now our manager. She moved up from being Assistant Manager of the property. She goes out of her way to make sure every tenant is happy. This past Valentine's Day, she even put little candy bags together and hung them on the door of each apartment in the entire complex with ribbon. Her whole heart is put into ensuring the happiness of everyone that lives here. For free pizza night (which we get once a month), she will even stay a little later at night so I can pick up my pizza after getting off work, or she will deliver it to my apartment personally if I ask. She has also been working on improving the apartments themselves. Construction will be finishing up soon from adding insulation to the roof tops by this summer so it stays cooler indoors when it gets so hot outside. Plus, she was able to have every window of the complex upgraded and installed with fabulous new windows that are quiet, lock automatically, and also provide better insulation. I have never met someone who cares so much about making others happy. She makes living here truly a joy and pleasure. She even knows my dogs name and makes sure to say hi whenever she sees her. If you are thinking about moving in, just stop by and ask her anything. She is so helpful and will make sure you are accommodated in the very best way possible. The location is great, too. I work in Mission Valley and the 8 is less than a 5 minute drive from here. Plus its close to the 94 and 805 too! They allow pets as well, which is a requirement for me and my husband with our only child that is a little long-haired chihuahua. Rent is very affordable and theres no place else you will receive this level of customer service. If you're interested, make sure to stop by! April 3, 2013
