Rated 5 out of 5?by Thanks, I was very happy Why I am writing this: I was very happy being there, and I think people usually spend time writing reviews when they are not satisfied, so here is my story: I found Eaves Santa Margarita the first day I searched for apartments online, it was good and I went there to check it the following day. Over all it was very good and once I heard the unit might be gone soon I decided to pay for the application and buy some days to think more. Then I searched further and, gosh, I found scary reviews. I went back to their office and they told me I had 30 days of satisfaction guaranty. So I searched more but I couldn't find a better place with all kitchen appliances and laundry for the same price. We moved in and it was all good, we had No. 215 which was a single bedroom unit. Very beautiful patio, very quiet neighborhood, and the front desk, Julie and Leslie are both very friendly, polite, kind, always try to help. Maintenance is always ready to help with any issue. Trader Joe's, Target, Walgreen's and a lot of restaurants in walking distance. A lot of other stores are just a bit further but only a couple of minutes to reach by car. A few blocks from Freeway 241 and a few minutes to I-5. I left this place because my girlfriend found a job in LA. I will definitely check this place if I go back to South Orange County.
