Rated 3 out of 5?by K mis-lead Well first of all, i like the cheaspeake apts, but when i first checked them out , the 1 bedroom was $699, and when I sat and met with the first person , it had just went up to $ 720, ok still not bad, So i made an appt. to look at a place, we looked at the model, and was told this is what your place would look like, but no microwave, and maybe no hard wood floors, oh yeah, thats not bad, huh, but when we got the place, nothing like the model at all, and by the way , we dont get a covered parking spot , even though the web sight says , one free spot ,additional spots $10. Oh yeah and the rent is now $777, January 29, 2013
