Rated 1 out of 5?by Not Worth It/Loud Apartments The high rent they charge here is simply not worth it considering that the apartments are small and very loud (even while taking a tour I could tell how loud it would be to live here;no thanks). I decided not to sign a lease here since I can think of better ways of spending my money. August 28, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by Overpriced and Noisy If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to live, don't move here...it is extremely noisy from the retail space and the insulation of the apartments itself is pretty bad. We can even hear the people next door using the bathroom, which is pretty disgusting. Besides the noise, while the amenities are nice and the staff is friendly, the rent is completely overpriced for the area. We will not renew our lease as there are better price-value apartments in Silicon Valley. June 10, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by Nice places but way over priced. I've visited these new apartments and evaluating several floorplans. First off, the prices are extremely over-priced. Second, the noise, traffic, and smog are not enjoyable. Having the apartment complex in the same parking lot as the big Safeway has pluses and minuses. It can be very noisy but it is very convenient. You can walk anywhere. On the negative side, the views from your windows and balcony are just a busy traffic parking lot and safeway. The area is still under construction. Hopefully, they put some nice restaurants, shops, and nightlife in the area. The staff was very nice. September 15, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5?by No quality or customer services Don't care for their company policy on asking for picture ID for just showing the apartments, very low class move. Absolute turn off. The quality and noise level from San Antonio and El Camino is not accepted for the price. plus you are in middle of traffic jam and smog. There are better places for money. I pass April 5, 2013
