Rated 5 out of 5?by I love our new home!!! We've been in our new place for a couple weeks now and absolutely love it. The location is awesome- close to the freeway, close to shopping, close to open space- a great combination. There's a cute park about a block down the street too. The grounds are very wells maintained, as well as common areas like the laundry facilities and even around the garbage bins (garbage AND recycling). Maintenance was quick when we needed a couple things taken care of too. The amenities are average- not stainless steel appliances or the newest, but everything is functional and works for us. lots of storage space- big closets and storage on the balcony. The walls are painted with lovely neutral colors and an accent wall in the living room, which is a fabulous touch. It's cozy upon move-in! There is plenty of parking around too; both in the complex and street side. It's been very stress free as far as parking goes. I haven't noticed a lot of "noise"- but I'm also very used to apartment living and hearing your neighbors around once in awhile barely phases me. I think I was able to hear others speaking maybe once- but I was also in the bedroom by an open window above a walkway :) I haven't seen any suspicious characters around, no loitering, no neighbors trying to make a statement, no solicitors, no parties- so far so good!!!
