Rated 3 out of 5?by New Management is Horrible! I have lived in the Piero for over 2.5 years. When we first moved in it was great, the apartment building itself is great, but the new management company is horrendous. We have been trying to renew our lease, and the leasing agents are rude, never call us back when they promise they will, and they jacked up the price as high as legally possible (nearly 8%) and tried to blame it on the economy getting better. We were offended as long term residents and intelligent people, so we will no longer be living here come next year. It's a shame they are driving a good product into the ground. March 27, 2013
