Rated 1 out of 5?by Too Good to be True The management here is awful. Read the yelp reviews. I wish I had listened to them before I moved in. They flat out lost a rent check. They send maintenance people late, and then they come back 3-4 times because no one closes the "ticket." They are frequently rude and understaffed. What they need is a resident services for each one of the buildings. One office is just not enough for 3 large complexes. If you move here... get your packages sent somewhere else. They frequently lose them or send them back if you have not picked them up within 72 hours. The complex advertises luxury living... it is anything but. Lot of USC students, be prepared to feel like you are living in a dorm. December 14, 2012
