Rated 1 out of 5?by JillCinCO Do NOT rent here! I needed a temporary place to live for about 6 months due to job relocation while I look for a more permanent place. I rented this place site unseen based on their website, location, and how friendly the management was on the phone. Upon arrival, I basically had no choice but to rent here since I came from out of state with a trailer full of belongings. This studio is TINY and the bathroom is disgusting. There is gunk built up in the corners of the bathroom, the toilet is a small, low to the ground round toilet. The place is NOT soundproof - I hear the couple next door's escapades all the time. The windows stink! They are single pane and the noise that comes through wakes me up at night. There is a night club around the corner so sleeping on the weekends is a no go. Cops, sirens, homeless people - the neighborhood is terrible. There is a homeless guy that digs through trash on the street at 4:30 AM every couple of days. It sounds like he spills a trash bag of bottles out on the concrete and then picks them up, dropping them into his own bag. This noise is ridiculous! There is a security guard the building has 24/7 and he does nothing about this! Nothing! This is happening on the street in front of the building - shouldn't he do something? I complained to the management about these noise problems and they offered me another apartment on the other side of the building ONLY if I give them another security deposit and $100 to move me (not physically#. Then I would get my other security deposit back in 30 days. What? Are they crazy? Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE! I never had a problem with roaches like others have complained about but everything else said here #negative) is pretty much spot on. I don't have anything positive to say. April 15, 2013
