Rated 2 out of 5?by Tenant01 This should be your last resort I have been living here for the past two years. There are so many (big) dogs on this street and no one seems to pick up after them. So there is constantly huge feces everyone around the building. There are 2 elevators,but only one has been barely working. The hallways constantly spell like urine and trash. The stairway always has trash or feces. Neighbors always scream from the top of their lungs off the balcony. I can always hear drunk people screaming in front of the building. The washer and dryer always seem to be broken at least every other week. It's cheap living but if you have the chance to look around and do your research, try finding another place to live. The manager here doesn't seem to care and has no sense of urgency when it comes to issues from the tenants. He is always hard to get in contact with. January 29, 2013
