Rated 1 out of 5?by noisy, badly managed, frequent water and gas shutoffs This is the worst managed apartment building that I have ever lived in. First of all, the maintenance crew will not help with the simplest of things such as lighting the pilot light for the gas heater. Apparently for "legal purposes" this is something that the gas company is responsible for. The gas company will do it for free, but there is a waiting list of 4 weeks. Meantime, we have to sleep in a freezing apartment. What the maintenance crew is allowed to do is use loud leaf blowers for cleaning. There are 4 buildings here, next to each other, sharing a parking lot. Thus, there is noise from the leaf blower that echoes around for over an hour while the cleaning is in progress. This is done several times a week. It may look like the building is new, but apparently under the skin of it, it's actually quite old because on weekly basis, we have water shutoff to do pluming work. No joke - on average at least ever other week there is a day when there is no water. I work from home and having no water is quite a hassle (can't flush the toilet, wash hands, etc.). By the way, I read the bad reviews of this place 12 months ago, before moving in, thinking that by the time we move it, all of the fixes will be over. So it's been a year yet it's rare to have a week go by without some sort of a notice of ether having no water, or having to move the car out of the parking space dew to some repairs, or something of that nature. Another problem with this apartment complex is that the parking lot is right outside of the bedroom windows. Thus, in the morning, you'd hear every single car being driven out as people are leaving for work. So yes, you'd be waken up much sooner in the morning that you'd like. I don't think I have ever written such a negative review about any experience on yelp, but I do hope someone saves themselves the trouble by reading this one. November 25, 2013
