Rated 3 out of 5?by Not the best in the area Yes, now it's time to write a review about this apartment. Staying here for around 1 year. Pros: 1. Very close to hwy 280 and 85. 2. Nearby shopping complex (Trader's Joe, Rite Aid, Foothill Produce, postal annex). 3. Gated building and gated underground parking (only for lucky ones). 4. Friendly and helpful stuffs. Cons: 1. Too costly, 1BR (760sqft) for $2100. Rent only covers sewage, water, gas for hot water. 2. Bathrooms are too small. There is a strange vaccum in the bathroom when you take a shower. The shower curtain gets sucked inside the tub and you will feel no space for you. Funny but really irritating. 3. No storage space. 4. If you are in the building close to 280, you will continuously hear the road noise. And never think about opening the patio door. 5. Single laundry room per building (4 washer, 4 dryer) January 29, 2014
