Rated 4 out of 5?by HappilyEverAfter Livinig in Old Lincoln We have lived here over three years. The office and maintenance staff are great, they are efficient,kind, funny and helpful. They are constantly making improvements, such as currently they are re-roofing all the Apartments actually they are about done. The few maintenance issues we have had over the years have been taken care of the same day.The pool is only open for the summer but w/e. The elementary school is across the street. Within three blocks there are gas stations, fast food and grocery stores and doctors offices. There are a couple lil neighborhood markets, Zebra Town deli/liquor on 1st@Lincoln blvd and Fotos Market more of a grocery store 5th@F st, they are both family owned and operated.We have been going there forever (my husband grew up in Lincoln).
